Our Story

Hi, I’m Chris, the founder of PureBlend Animal Care.

Our journey begins on our family farm, where we cared for cows, sheep, horses, pigs, chickens, dogs, cats and more.

Part of our family was our working border collie, who began to suffer as she aged with stiff joints and arthritis.

As humans, we take all sorts of supplements to help with these issues, but there was very little available for dogs, and what was available was mainly in pill form.

This is what sparked the idea for our first product: Our Hip & Joint chews were designed to keep hardworking dogs active and comfortable.

We were fuelled by one mission, to create treats dogs love, designed to enrich their lives with real, lasting benefits.

Over the years, we’ve worked with vets and animal experts to find the best natural ingredients to keep pets happy and healthy.

At PureBlend, we’ve turned our deep care for animals into a family business, drawing on decades of hands-on experience and a shared passion for improving their lives.

Every product we create is designed with the same love and attention we give to our own pets.
